We originally shared this recipe in our January 2014 newsletter.
Not a dish we had traditionally made, we found it in a cookbook of recipes all containing honey.
We enjoyed it so much, we've made it several times since then.
2-3 Pounds of Chicken
1/3 Cup Flour
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/3 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
Roll chicken in flour mixture.
Melt 1/3 cup butter and coat floured pieces of chicken well.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients and mix.
Brush glaze on top of chicken.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
